An expensive bulb syringe. It comes with it's own bag where you might store the wet bulb after use. It also comes with a 4 way tip which can't be fixed securely to end of the bulb.The bulb is smooth and flexible so there's no where for the tip to grip.

I tried to use it as directed multiple times. It has not worked and gave my an ear ache. Would not recommend. Would suggest just paying to have an ear irrigation procedure done professionally
