Warranty - Medi Grade - Quality in personal care products
At Medi Grade, we stand behind the quality of our products. It is our commitment to providing customers with a straightforward warranty and refund policy. This warranty shall not apply to any products that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, accidental damage, negligence or improper maintenance. This Limited Warranty is subject to change without notification.
Warranty Timeline
You have the right to receive a replacement for quality-related issues within the warranty period. Please refer to the chart below for the warranty timelines of Medi Grade products. The warranty period is measured starting on the date the original purchaser received the products.

Achieve the comfort you desire or your money back. Any product that does not work as intended or is undamaged, unopened and unused, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. We will begin the return process once the returned item arrives back in Medi Grade’s warehouse for inspection. Used, opened or damaged items cannot be returned.
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a new item. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Medi Grade will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the product. Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
- Items must include original packaging
- Returns must include all accessories
- For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- For non-quality related warranty claims, Medi Grade refunds the cost of the product itself
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day timeframe. Medi Grade does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims. Our returns and warranty service is limited to all purchases made from FBGC Limited. Unauthorised reselling of Medi Grade products is prohibited.
Refund Process
Send us a claim as soon as you become aware of a problem and no later than 30 working days after receipt or the fault developing by email to info@medigrade.store. Please include your name, address, the name or a description of the item, a brief description of the problem, fault or damage and your order reference number. We will investigate the issue and contact you with the further instructions.
