Shipping policy

Our main goal is to offer you the best shipping options. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. Please note that the package will be sent to the address you originally selected.

CHRISTMAS 2025 UPDATE

During the Christmas 2025 period, it is normal to experience delivery delays due to reduced operations and increased courier demand. Please note that we will be closed from 24 December to 28 December, open on 29 and 30 December, and closed again from 31 December to 4 January. We also provide the option of express shipping for an extra fee, which will be shown during the checkout process. For logistic reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. We do this to expedite your order reaching you on time in the shortest time possible. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once, they will get to you.

Our team strives to provide impeccable service to every customer. However, in rare cases, unavoidable delays due to customs may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

REFUND / CHANGE POLICY

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please read the full Refund Policy here. 

Generally our warehouse work very quickly and your order will be packed the same day you place it (before 2pm) so making changes can be difficult. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes to your order, this includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order
  • Shipping method


*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.

Tracking your order

Website Tracking

Every order confirmation email includes an invoice number (also known as a sales order number).

  1. Go to https://medigrade.store/ and click “Track Order” in the footer. 
  1. Enter the invoice number in the provided box and click the “Locate” button. A barcode will be provided. This is your tracking number.
  1. Enter this tracking number into the carrier’s website for tracking results.
