Job Title: B2B Sales Representative
Location: Remote
We are a fast growing eCommerce company in the personal healthcare space. We're looking for a B2B Sales Representative to join our Sales Team and drive growth through strategic partnerships, wholesale accounts, and business development across Europe. This is a rare opportunity to be part of an innovative, international team and play a key role in scaling a modern consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & B2B Growth

Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B sales opportunities, including wholesale partners, healthcare distributors, clinics, and retailers.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and business clients.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and untapped opportunities in the EU region.

Develop and execute outbound sales strategies, including prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation.
Account Management & Revenue Expansion

Manage sales pipelines and CRM systems to track performance, forecast revenue, and ensure high client retention.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with B2B clients to meet company growth targets.

Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with the leadership team to align sales initiatives with broader company goals.

Provide customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategy.

Represent the brand in meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
-
Proven experience in B2B sales within consumer goods, health, wellness, or ecommerce

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to manage a sales pipeline

Highly motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment

Comfortable working with cross functional teams such as marketing and operations

Knowledge of online retail platforms is considered a plus

Fluent in English both in writing and speaking

Bonus: Proficiency in additional European languages (Especially Polish, German, Spanish, Italian or French)
