Medi Grade spent an inspiring week at the Warsaw Medical Expo 2025, held from 25–27 November at Ptak Warsaw Expo, the largest trade fair and congress centre in Central Europe. As one of Europe’s most influential medical industry events, the expo brought together professionals from every corner of the medical sector, creating the perfect environment for meaningful conversations, new partnerships, and fresh ideas.
Showcasing Medi Grade Innovations
Throughout the event, our stand welcomed a steady stream of visitors, from medical professionals and business partners to distributors and innovators. We proudly showcased our latest product developments, including our bestselling Gel Face Set, which quickly became a favourite amongst attendees. Many visitors highlighted how easily it can be incorporated into patient care cycles to support relaxation and comfort. We also proudly showcased our leading ear care range and had meaningful discussions with otorhinolaryngologists.
We were really excited to present several upcoming products soon to launch in the store: our Ear Dryer, Migraine Relief Cap, and Knee Ice Pack. Medical professionals were particularly enthusiastic about our new instant ice packs, recognising their potential as a valuable addition to first-aid kits.
Discovering Innovation Across Europe
One of the most rewarding parts of the expo was discovering other companies transforming the future of healthcare. A few that particularly inspired us include:

FaceHeart – an AI-driven, video-based vital sign monitoring solution from Taiwan, capable of measuring key vital signs through a 50-second facial scan.

Clyype – a Spanish company redefining medical helmets and respiratory protection systems through advanced engineering.

Fiziovital – a Hungarian innovator developing smart diagnostic devices for shoulder assessment.
And, of course, we were equally inspired by the many brilliant Polish businesses, both established and emerging whose passion and ingenuity made the event truly exceptional.
Healthy Habits Wall
At our interactive booth, we invited visitors to write down a personal promise to their own health. The responses were both thoughtful and inspiring. Many people expressed a desire to improve their sleep quality, others pledged to make more time for meditation and relaxation, and quite a few committed to moving more and staying consistent with their sports routines. It was a wonderful reminder of the small, meaningful steps people are striving to take towards better wellbeing.
A Successful and Energising Experience
Our time at the Warsaw Medical Expo 2025 was an undeniable success. The conversations we held, the professionals we met, and the innovations we witnessed have all fuelled our determination to continue pushing the boundaries of personal care.
