Works amazingly, the amount of gunk this got out of my ears was insane. Also incredibly easy to use and come with clear instructions to prevent misuse.

I first tried using this product after a weeks worth of hydrogen peroxide drops did little to clear my ear, and only tiny amounts of wax came out after usng this several times, and my ear remained blocked. I also found the supplied tip to be useless as the pressure of the water forced through the syringe frequently caused it to pop off and I'd end up spraying water into my hair.

For my second attempt I switched to sodium bicarbonate ear drops for a week and used the bulb syringe without the tip, and it worked like a charm the first try! A very gross charm. I have since done my other ear and am now enjoying crystal clear hearing once again.
