Delivered in a good handy zipper case with instructions. Does the job well, gel doesn't stay cold for long however
Would recommend fit well and are comfy, I would hope they stay cold a little longer but overall happy.

Within 24 hours of use, the face mask is oozing the interior liquid from one of the seams.Very disappointing as the mask has been used according to the instructions.Before this point, the mask was effective in cooling and is a comfortable wear, with it's adjustable, elasticated straps.
Product broke within the first couple of uses. Extremely disappointing as I paid extra for this one thinking it would be good quality.Confused about how to return or get a replacement and would appreciate help with this order.
